Tom Snedeker
Owner
Tom grew up in Plain Local and graduated from Glenoak High School in 2009. His career in roofing began at the age of 16 as his first side job. He went on to attend the University of Akron after high school and worked for a commercial roofing company throughout college. After college, he started working at Willoughby Supply as a roof walker and obtained his CDL and crane license within his first year. In total, Tom has over 20 years of experience in the roofing industry. He has a passion for helping people and enjoys spending time with family, friends and, of course, his dogs! In his free time Tom likes to workout, ride his motorcycle, and do anything outdoors. His greatest joy in this profession is seeing how happy his customers get when they see the finished product.
David Bartley
Director of Sales
David grew up in North Canton, Ohio and graduated from the University of Akron with degrees in Sales Management and Marketing. Throughout his career, he has seen the roofing industry from a manufacturer, supplier and contractor perspective and always strives use that knowledge and experience to find the best solutions for his clients. In his free time, you can usually find Dave on a golf course (Ohio weather permitting) or spending time with his family, friends and dog. His favorite part about working in the roofing industry is identifying and solving problems and seeing those solutions turn into satisfied customers!
Christian Smith
Sales Manager
Christian is a dedicated project manager with years of experience specializing in insurance restoration, repairs and more. His passion lies in uncovering the needs, worries, and concerns of clients to develop the best plans tailored to them. He takes pride in conducting thorough, professional inspections, educating homeowners, and simplifying the home improvement process. Growing up locally, his ultimate goal is to ensure that each project results in a positive experience worth talking about.
